Nepal stands at the crossroads of development, and is in a position to take the path of sustainability. The decisions it makes today will define the future of the country, and how it deals with issues of climate change. During this event, the speaker will share his insight on the work being done the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Energy, and Natural Resources, as well as address other planned policy actions and challenges they face. The discussion will also include a section on Nepal's Oil Exploration project, its Food and Water Insecurity, its Agricultural and Energy Crisis, through the prisms of developmental and economic needs and climate change, with both a local and global context, making a case for a sustainable Nepal.
