Workshop Agenda

Stanford hosted the first workshops in February and March 2006. The February workshop focused on improving current conservation programs. The March workshop explored how shifting from crop subsidies to environmental incentives could benefit American farmers and the nation.

A final workshop took place in Washington, D.C., in late September. This workshop examined ways to transition from the current system to new strategies explored in the February and March 2006 workshops.
