AFFILIATE PARTNERS
Affiliates Partner membership in the program requires a yearly commitment of $20,000, as well as the devotion of time and effort in robust, real-time interaction. Membership at this level is available to corporations or other organizations with fewer than 500 employees.
MEMBER BENEFITS

Invitations to Stanford's Initiative on the Environment and Sustainability conferences, symposia, and other events.

Technical presentations by partner company researchers at Stanford for comment and discussion with faculty and students.

Recruitment support. As part of the Initiative, a focused Recruitment Day, specifically for the affiliate member companies, will enable partners to meet undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in Initiative research topics.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS
Strategic Partner membership in the Affiliates Program requires a yearly commitment of $150,000, as well as the devotion of time and effort in robust, real-time interaction. Strategic Partner membership includes all of the benefits of Affiliates Partners listed above and:
ADDITIONAL MEMBER BENEFITS:

Research-in-progress presentations by faculty and students on new and ongoing research, and opportunities for informal exchanges of ideas between industry representatives and Stanford researchers.

Strategic research discussions. Each year Strategic Partners can choose to have a highly tailored meeting or workshop with their executives and Stanford faculty. Historically, these events have ranged from high level executive discussions influencing corporate strategy to meetings on specific technical topics with senior corporate scientists.

Opportunity to designate a visiting scientist. Strategic members are encouraged to send visiting scientists to track and participate in Initiative projects. These company employees will receive office space and facilities on campus.
